We meet between 3.30am and 4.30am depending on sunrise time. Get carried away on a hot air balloon adventure as Vegas Balloon Rides invites you to view Las Vegas as you’ve never seen it before! During your flight, get a spectacular bird’s eye view of the gorgeous Red Rock Mountains and the famous Las Vegas Strip. Drift silently over the city and countryside where you watch for wildlife and talk with envious onlookers down below. After drifting serenely for approximately an hour, we prepare for landing. We meet between 3.30am and 4.30am depending on sunrise time, which varies from 5.30am to 6.30am depending on the season. You will be notified of our meeting time before the day of the flight.

We meet in our office located right behind the Bellagio. From there, we'll bring you away to our picturesque flying destination, just an hour outside the city. Following the breathtaking flight, indulge in a Champagne toast as you soak in the tranquil desert vistas. Finally, we'll ensure your timely return to Las Vegas before check-out time.

CHECK IN INFORMATION
Our flights take place daily at approximately sunrise, weather permitting. This requires a meet time of approximately 90 minutes before sunrise most days. You must call our Flight Check-In Line at (702) 608-8382 any time after 8:00pm the evening before your flight to find out the status and meeting time. The flight line will inform you of three options. 1)The flight is a go, 2) on weather hold. or 3) canceled. It will also provide instructions about how to proceed based upon the flight status.

If the flight is on, it will include the meeting time at our welcome center, the address of our welcome center, and hotel pick up information for those who reserved round trip hotel pick up transportation. Please note hot air ballooning is weather dependent and that we do expect all guests to be in the local area prior to your flight; to avoid being late or missing your flight please make the necessary preparations. Vegas Balloon Rides will not be responsible in the event you do not arrive for your flight. This is true even if the flight is placed on weather hold. If something changes on our end, such as weather, we will amend the flight status line, so please check the flight status line one more time in the morning prior to leaving for the welcome center. It is your responsibility to ensure we have a valid contact number, and you are available. Please arrive at the given location on time. We will leave for the launch site approximately 15 minutes after the meeting time. If you are not present, you will be considered a no-show. Please see the no-show policy. If the weather is unsafe to fly, we will work with you to reschedule your flight.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible. If we have less than 48 hours’ notice or if you simply don't show up on flight day, then you will not receive a refund. By making this reservation, you understand and agree that you are accepting our standard terms and conditions as defined on our website and are specifically acknowledging and agreeing to our cancellation/no-show fee policy. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that if you need to make changes or cancel your reservation you will do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time as specified in this email confirmation. If you are scheduling with less than 48 hours prior to flight time, meaning you are already inside the 72-hour cancellation time, you understand and agree that no changes or cancellations are allowed for any reason. If you cancel with less than the required notice, fail to call to check-in, or fail to show up for your flight, you explicitly authorize us to charge the full amount of your flight to the card on file as a cancellation / no-show fee or to consider any voucher or flight certificate being used for the flight as forfeited. You also agree that as a no-show you have no right to file a chargeback with your credit card company and that in the event you would try to file a chargeback, you explicitly agree that you are not entitled to a refund and this should serve as notice to your credit card company to deny the chargeback. Should we cancel for any reason after the flight line has been updated, we will notify you via email, text or call you to let you know. Of course, should we cancel, you will have the option of rescheduling for a different day or cancelling with no charges from us at all. If you are using a flight certificate or voucher, you will have the ability to reschedule according to any terms or conditions, including expiration dates that might apply to that item.

REFUND POLICY
All Flight certificates and prepaid flights purchased directly from Vegas Balloon Rides are fully refundable within (1) year from the date of purchase as long as either no flight has been scheduled, or you cancel your first flight at least 48 hours prior to flight time. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in the original purchase method (Credit card purchases will be refunded via the same credit card) if possible. If not, a refund will be issued via company check. No refunds will be issued to no-shows, those that show up intoxicated or anyone who has forfeited their flight certificate for any reason. No refund will be granted after one (1) year from Sale. Even if the certificate is non refundable, as long as it hasn't been forfeited or used, It can still be used. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the request within 7-10 business days. If your flight was purchased through any third party, you will have to discuss any refund request with them. We are not able to provide refunds for third parties for any reason.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Weather is always a concern and does force cancellations and rescheduling of flights. If it clearly isn't going to be safe to fly on your date and time, the flight status line will announce this as soon as the decision is made before the flight. Please call us the next business day to reschedule your adventure. If the flight is on, we will provide specific meeting times and locations for the morning’s adventure. If the weather forecast isn’t clear for the next morning, we will place the flight on a weather hold and ask everyone to call about 1 hour before the morning’s expected meeting time to get an updated forecast. At that time we will let you know for sure if the flight is on. If we must cancel your flight due to weather, simply call us to reschedule your flight. If you are unable to reschedule, and you paid us directly for your flight, please call us for your options.
